RAINY DAY RECIPE


When it's raining outside and you have nothing to do, here is a perfect activity that is not only fun to make but fun to eat too! Only heaven knows where the name of this recipe came from but it sure tastes heavenly!

CHAMPORADO
(for about 6 people)

Ingredients:

2 cups malagkit rice (This is available at any palengke.)
4 tablespoons (tbsp) Cocoa Ricoa mixed in 1 cup of water
6 cups water
1 cup sugar to taste

Use 6 cups of water to cook the malagkit rice. When it is soft, mix in the Cocoa Ricoa and the sugar. Serve hot. Enjoy your champorado!
