Ime Aznar is an MA Creative Writing student at the University of the Philippines. She is married to Jes, who did the illustration for her poem. As a young girl, Ime spent a lot of time in her Lola's room, as there were many interesting things she could do there such as reading comic books and threading beads for bracelets and necklaces. She also watched her Lola sewed little shirts and dresses for Ime and her brothers.

Jes Aznar is a 26-year-old artist who loves to watch F1 races. He is also very interested in computers, photography and painting. He is a great cook and in fact, enjoys cooking up unique dishes and giving them strange-sounding names.

Kitin (12yrs. old) and Celine (8yrs. old) Miranda are sisters who both like to write. They lived in the United States for a long time before finally coming home to live in the Philippines. They both study at Woodrose.

Bernadette Chavoso is a graduate of Mass Communications from Trinity College and is currently working at the Professional Development. Center of De La Salle University. She usually spends her free time reading novels and writing poems.

Edward Alfred Lee studies at UNO High School and is very fascinated by the Chinese and Japanese cultures. Alfred enjoys making his parents laugh with his funny antics.

Herb Fondevilla is a member of Ang INK and is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer who has just recently entered the big, bad world (note: new graduate). She's allergic to cats but keep 3 felines all of which trigger her asthma

Felix Mago Miguel is an award winning artist and husband to Amel Zubiri, a writer, and father to twins Ulan and Ulap and newborn baby Angin. He has illustrated and designed many books some of which are "Water in the Ring of Fire"(Osnofla Books), "Kablay" (Osnofla Books), Cinco de Noviembre (Bookmark), Matandang, Matabang Pusa (Adarna).

Rita Badilla is a member of Ang INK and a professor at the College of Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines.
